Refund policy
The customer-consumer (ie a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity) can exercise the right of withdrawal (and withdraw from the contract for any reason).
To exercise this right, the customer must send a Sapigni Clothing a communication within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
1. The purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment);
2. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box (the application of labels or adhesive tapes on the original product packaging is prohibited);
3. The shipment, until its arrival in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
4. The transport costs for returning the goods are free (only in Italy);
Sapigni Clothing is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. In no case will not be collected parcels on delivery or carriage forward.
